GLVPM appreciates referrals from fellow Realtors® for Property Management Services and Tenant Leasing of GLVPM listings.

The referral fee paid to your Real Estate Exchange Broker / Franchise for each referral for property management services is $100.00. Referral fees are paid at the time of execution of the Management Agreement.

Leasing fees at GLVPM are generous and are paid to your Real Estate Broker / Franchise immediately upon Tenant lease signing and payment of the 1st full month's rent (Tenant Referral Form).

GLVPM honors your business relationship with your clients. GLVPM will sign a non-solicitation agreement upon request. GLVPM is a Full Service Las Vegas Property Management Company and does not solicit Sale Listings from Clients referred to GLVPM by fellow Realtors®. GLVPM solicits / provides Listing, Sales and 1031 Exchange services ONLY to GLVPM clients originated through our own marketing efforts.

In order to insure prompt payment of all referral fees, referring Realtors® need to register in writing the referred party and provide their Broker information and Public ID.
